Discussion of Lundgren concept presented by Rick Foster

Rick Breezee indicated that Rick Foster, representing Ted Lundgren, was present
to discuss the concept of a new proposal by Mr. Lundgren. He stated this was
not a public hearing and no motion would be necessary.

Rich Barakat, representing homeowners involved in this area, stated his feelings
in regard to this item. He stated that there was no way any of the homeowners
would know about this item being put on the agenda and he further asked how does
the public know about a meeting.

Rick Breezee stated again this was not a public hearing. When this proposal is
presented, the homeowners within 350 feet of the project involved, would be noti-
fied by mail and also the notice would be published in the Star News, ten days
prior to the public hearing.

Discussion followed regarding the public hearing process with the Planning Commis~
sian. Everything else would be single family detached homes.

Gary Santwire stated that he would support his plan 100%. It is totally different
from their last proposal.

A member of the audience inquired if this would be total rezoning. Rick Foster
stated it would only be R-lc which is needed for single family homes.
