Ms. Gunked also <br />wanted a clarification about the public hearing notice published in the news- <br />paper and if letters were sent out. Elaine ~nderson of the Sherburne County <br />Star News said she would be willing to put a public notice box on the front <br />page of the paper with a general description of the area. Ms. Gunkel also <br />wanted to know how the P.U.D. 's originated, if it was Zack Johnson's idea or <br />the Planning Co~mission or the City Council's idea. She was told it was a <br />joint effort of all parties involved. Also, she wanted to know if P.U.D. 's <br />could be changed to R-l and if it was easy to do. Co~missioner Fox said it <br />could be done. ~~. Hipp asked about School Street and if it was to be widened. <br />Mr. Adolphson said at some time in the future it would have to be, but that <br />the Planning Co~mission does not handle that. <br /> <br />11. Joe Bailey, Service Road through Proctor <br /> <br />~tr. Joe Bailey also appeared and stated he was selling his house and asked <br />about the possibility of a service road that was to go through Proctor and <br />along Highway #10. Cow~issioner Fox said he had not heard and the road <br />right of way was given to the City. <br /> <br />12.
