<br />RESOLUTION 06- <br />RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON <br /> <br />S.A.P. 204-137-01 from County Highway 77 (Proctor Street) to Jackson Road in the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, TIllS RESOLUTION was passed this 17th day of April, 2006 by the <br />City of Elk River in Sherburne County, Minnesota. The Municipal Cotporation shall hereinafter <br />be called the "City", WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the "City", has planned the improvement of Highland Road, State Aid Route No. 204- <br />13 7 -01 from County Highway 77 (proctor Street) to Jackson Road in the City of Elk River, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds on the improvements of this <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the <br />street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must therefore be <br />conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br />NOW,1HEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br />That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of Highland Road at all times, except <br />adjacent to the City Park where an expanded parking lane will be constructed. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City of the City of Elk River this 17th day of April, 2006 <br /> <br />Stephanie A.
