Land Use Plan amendment from LI (Light Industrial) to HB (Highway Business) <br />. Zone change from PUD (planned Unit Development) to C3 (Highway Commercial) <br />. Preliminary Plat for a single lot subdivision Gabez) <br />. Conditional use permit to expand the car dealership <br /> <br />location <br /> <br />17219 Highway 10 <br /> <br />Zonin~1 land Use <br /> <br />C3 (Highway Commercial) and PUD (planned Unit Development)/ HB (Highway Business) <br />and LI (Light Industrial) <br /> <br />60 Day Rule <br /> <br />In order to comply with Minnesota Statute 15.99 (60 - Day Requirement), action must be <br />taken on this request by April 28, 2006.
