<br />. Low Impact Drainage Techniques - The applicant is proposing to utilize a low impact drainage <br />plan. This method for handling strormwater involves utilizing rain gardens and bio retention <br />ponds, and was one of the goals identified in the City's NPDES permit. The process allows for <br />the stormwater to be filtered through engineered soils, reduces the amount of off-site runoff and <br />allows for reduced on-site ponding and curbing requirements. Sec. 30-901 allows for exemptions <br />from the curbing requirements. Park dedication for Oudots A and B shall <br />be paid at the time those lots are platted and at the rate applicable at the time they are <br />granted final plat approval. <br />4. Surface water management fee, at the rate applicable at the time of final plat, shall be paid <br />for Lot 1 (17.73 ac.) prior to releasing the plat for recording. Surface water management fee <br />for Oudots A and B shall be paid at the time those lots are platted and at the rate applicable <br />at the time they are granted final plat approval. <br />5.
