However there is a spill prevention plan described in Section 10 of the application. <br />This plan describes fueling and spill prevention and containment. The site plan in section <br />14 of the application shows the location of the fuel tank this tank is mounted on a <br />concrete slab next to a storage container where spill prevention equipment is stored. This <br />area is at the entrance of the pit on hard ground and minimal slope where vehicle <br />maintenance and fueling is done. <br />The fuel tank is a 1000 Gallon tank used for fueling Off road equipment Loaders Dozers <br />Etc. There is Fire Extinguishers, Located in the storage container the fuel nozzle has a <br />automatic safety shut off and signage and well over 500 feet of any surface water. <br /> <br />Please contact me if you have any further Questions. <br /> <br />Thank You Pete <br />
