Reclamation Plan: <br /> <br />Overburden & Topsoil that was removed from the mining extraction and placed in <br />earth berms will be used in reclamation plan as well as the excess fines. <br /> <br />The reclaimed pit slopes sball be not more than One (1) foot vertical to Four (4) foot <br />horizontal. Excess fines and overburden will be used for sloping and leveling. A <br />minimum of three inches of topsoil will be placed and graded to the depleted areas and <br />seeded. <br /> <br />20 <br />
