Based <br />upon our review, we would offer the following comments: <br /> <br />1. The plat does not appear to provide the required access control on the TH 10 frontage. <br />Perhaps access control would be redundant since there is public right-of-way along the <br />TH 10 frontage. However, unless there is a reason it cannot be shown on the plat, I <br />would suggest it be required. <br /> <br />2. The existing 66-foot wide easement along a portion of the TH 10 frontage is noted as <br />being vacated per document No.~. Has this been vacated? If so, this note should be <br />completed. <br /> <br />3. Common Lot 5 in Block 1 and Common Lot 49 in Block 2 have drainage and utility <br />easements over the entire lot. This will provide access for operation and maintenance of <br />public utilities to be constructed in these lots. <br /> <br />4. There are a number of easement details for the various building pads. We are currently <br />reviewing the construction plans for this project. The construction plans have not been <br />approved at this point.
