Rose Weatherly's Conditional Use Permit <br /> <br />Rose Weatherly appeared before the Commission to request a conditional use <br />permit to operate a beauty shop out of her home. She explained there would <br />be a separate entrance, enough room for parking, no signs, and only one <br />full time operator. Jim Eggen, a neighbor appeared and stated he does not <br />support nor does he oppose the conditional use, but was concerned how the <br />Planning Co~~ission limits this type of activity (businesses in homes) 0 <br />Commissioner Fox explained that each conditional use permit is weighted on <br />its o~m merit.
