Otherwise the Prelimina!jr Plat, as proposed, met generally <br />w~th the Planning Co~~issionts approval. <br /> <br />9. Tamarack Subdivision Concept Approval <br /> <br />The City Administrator oriefly reYie~ed the proposed Tamarack Sub- <br />division vnth the Planning Commissioners for concept approval. The <br />Commissioner's co~~ents were largely related to the lot size ~~d <br />trleir ,.rish to have larger lots than sho't~m 011 the sketch plan <br />rresented. Some ~~estions were also raised regarding the park <br />access, parking, the park configuration and streets in adjoining <br />subdivisions in the near future.
