The central business district study <br /> <br />2. Credit for any services that the Village might have available <br /> <br />3. Zoning - the re-doing of the present zoning system based on a future <br />land use plan <br /> <br />4. Two public meetings and consultation with the planning commission <br />to be furnished by the planners <br /> <br />5. The brochures on the finished plan could be substituted for a printed <br />full report if desired in which case the report would be dito'd only <br /> <br />It was moved and seconded, and passed to recommend the plan as presented <br />to the Village Council at a total cost of $14,490. <br /> <br />Neal Larson appeared to request a zoning change on the land next to Senior <br />Citizens ap9-rtment. The commission again: asked for detail information on <br />plans, etc. <br /> <br />A motion carried to accept application of Neal Larson on re-zoning of Lot 2, <br />Block2, Riverview Addition and table until further details are available. <br />Proposal was recei ved from Neal Larson on Highway 169 and Main Street <br />re-zoning to commercial and multiple dwelling combination. This was taken <br />under advisement in order to check with the planning consultant. <br />
