<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES FOR ELK RIVER PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Individuals Usually <br />Attending: <br /> <br />Dan Bailey <br />Al Bailey <br />Les (Derr <br />Dick Gongoll <br />Hilmer Bartelt <br />John MacGibbon <br />Paul Siegler <br /> <br />Meeting: <br /> <br />May 27, 1966 <br /> <br />In Attendance: <br /> <br />Dan Bailey <br />Al Bailey <br />Dick Gongoll <br />Les Derr <br />John MacGibbon <br />Paul Siegler <br /> <br />Jim Knight from the Planning Firm and <br />Ron Kalesewski from the State Department of <br />Community Development <br /> <br />Jim Knight presented plan proposal which Kalesewski said the state approved <br />and was within Federal guidelines, but the county plan was not within <br />guidelines so it'd have to get specific approved. The price mentioned was <br />based on a joint study so it should go in together for Federal fund approval. <br /> <br />The commission decided to study the proposal and wait for county action. <br /> <br />A motion was passed to request council to approve use of a consultant, as <br />necessary at a rate not to exceed $12.00 per hour plus expenses, for technical <br />advice to resolve planning questions as they arise during period of time until <br />701 grant is approved. <br />
