Downtown Revitalization Project <br />- Anticipated Bluff Block start - Mid April, 2006 (financing completed April 4, <br />2006) <br />- Jackson Place -Late summer of 2006 depending on the outcome of tax credit <br />allocation issues <br />- Rivers Edge Commons Park - June/July start in 2006 <br />Staff has spent a large amount of time working with Metro Plains, et.al., with <br />issues associated with the closing document. <br /> <br />· Holzem Project/East of County Highway 40 Properties <br />_ Project is now known as "Liberty Heights Estate" <br />- Environmental Assessment Work Sheet is being processed <br />- Goal is to process all required land use applications by May/June <br /> <br />. 169/County Road 33 Redevelopment <br />- Anticipate starting this in late 2006 as a major 2007 project. <br />- Discussion on a "Valuation Study" has been scheduled for the May 1,2006 <br />Council meeting as a start to this process. <br /> <br />. Special Projects/Programs <br />- Successful Development Forum with 35 participants <br />- Preparation and implementation of the "State of the City". <br /> <br />. Gateway Business Center <br />- Facilitating a discussion with the EDA (City Council through their representation <br />on the EDA) to develop specific direction on various policies regarding <br />surrounding land uses, wetlands, etc. <br /> <br />.
