Call Meeting To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council was called <br />to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor Klinzing. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Consider 3/20/2006 Agenda <br /> <br />Councilmember Gumphrey requested Item 3.12. be pulled from the Consent agenda. It was <br />moved after Open Mike. <br /> <br />Councilmember Farber added School District Split to Other Business. <br /> <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER GUMPHREY AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER TO APPROVE THE AGENDA AS AMENDED. <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />3. Consider Consent Agenda <br /> <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER GUMPHREY AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN TO APPROVE THE FOLLOWING CONSENT <br />AGENDA: <br /> <br />3.1. <br />3.2. <br />3.3. <br /> <br />CHECK REGISTER. <br />PAY ESTIMATES. <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE 06-04 AMENDING SECTION 30-1294 "BP <br />BUSINESS PARK DISTRICT" OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES, <br />CASE NO. OA 06-01. <br />GENERAL PLANNING PERMIT TO WALMART FOR A TEMPORARY <br />GREENHOUSE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />1. NO ELECTRICAL SERVICES SHALL BE ACROSS ANY DRIVE <br />OR WALKING SURFACE. <br />2. IF TRAFFIC BECOMES A PROBLEM AROUND THE <br />TEMPORARY SITE, THE SALES AREA SHALL BE <br />DELINEATED WITH A BARRIER TO RESTRICT TRAFFIC. <br /> <br />3.4. <br />
