Legal Description of Property <br /> <br />That part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E ½SW¼) lying East of US <br />Highway 169 in Section Three (3), Township Thirty-three (33), Range Twenty-six (26), <br />Sherburne County, Minnesota, less and except that part of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter (NE¼ SW¼) of Section Three (3), Township Thirty-three (33), <br />Range Twenty-six (26), East of the Highway No. 169 and North of the center line of <br />township road, according to the United States Government Survey thereof and situate in <br />Sherburne County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The narrative is your opportunity to describe, promote, and sell your proposal to the <br />Planning Commission and/or City Council before the meeting(s). Please fill in the <br />following information explaining your request in detail (type N/A if not applicable). <br />Describe the scope of your project (what is being proposed)? For example: we are <br />proposing the construction of a new daycare facility or, to allow for a motor vehicle sales <br />office with motor vehicle repairs in X-square feet of the existing building. <br /> <br />Knife River is requesting the mining boundary in the existing E Toth gravel pit be <br />expanded to include an additional 3.7 acres in the northwest corner of the property. <br /> <br />Hours of Operation No change requested <br />Number of Employees No change requested <br />Number of parking stalls required by <br />ordinance: City Ordinance Section 30- <br />903 outlines these requirements. <br />No change requested <br />Number of existing and proposed parking <br />stalls <br />No change requested <br />If screening, not associated with outdoor <br />storage, is being proposed, what will it <br />consist of? <br />Existing vegetation outside of the proposed <br />mining boundary will remain.
