3. Capability to Perform: o Current workload and capacity to meet schedule. o Financial stability and bonding capability. 4. Availability and Familiarity: o Proximity to the project site and familiarity with regional requirements and conditions. 5. Compliance and Responsibility: o Responsible Contractor Verification and Certification of Compliance (Attachment B). Failure to submit any required form may result in disqualification. RFQ SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Each respondent shall submit: • Completed Attachment A - Subcontractor Qualification Questionnaire (attached) • Current letter from surety verifying bonding capacity • Certificate of Insurance • Completed Attachment B – Responsible Contractor Verification Form (attached) Submissions must be received by the deadline. EVALUATION AND PREQUALIFICATION <br />• The CM and the Owner, in consultation with the Architect/Engineer, will evaluate all RFQ responses. • Only prequalified subcontractors will be eligible to submit bids during the upcoming Request for Bid (RFB) phase. • If less than three qualified subcontractors are identified for any work scope, the CM may elect to reissue the RFQ for that work scope. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS All subcontractors must comply with: • Government Data Practices Act. • Performance and payment bond obligations. All subcontractors will be required to obtain a Performance and Payment bond. • Applicable federal, state, and local laws and codes.
