The requested <br />action seeks to bring the administration of these programs back in-house and allow the City Administrator to <br />designate a staff person to carry out required duties, including, but not limited to, permit issuance and WCA <br />decision-making authority (i.e., exemptions, no-loss, wetland boundary and type concurrence, sequencing, <br />replacement plans, and wetland banking). <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />N/A <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Appropriately govern in an ever-changing environment. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />1.
