CITY OF ELK RIVER SHERBURNE COUNTY INTERIM USE PERMIT Case No. IU 25-08 Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Elk River hereby grants an Interim Use Permit (“Permit”) requested by Zafar Khamdamov for the following use: Interim Use Permit to allow a Multi-Family Residential Use in a Single-Family Zoning District at 732 Vernon Ave NW Property.
