The applicant is proposing to develop their existing 18.6-acre parcel into two <br />parcels, along with public right-of-way. One lot will contain the existing home, and the second lot will be a <br />new vacant lot able to be developed in the future, and eligible for park dedication. <br /> <br />The current Trail Plan does not identify any trail needs on the subject parcel. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />Applicable fees will be deposited into the Park Dedication Fund. <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Opportunity to live, work, and play. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />1.
