PRESENTATIONS, AWARDS, AND RECOGNITION <br /> <br /> 6.1 City of Elk River Volunteer of the Month <br /> Mayor Dietz presented the City of Elk River Volunteer of the Month award to Will and Tracy Wojcik. <br />He highlighted the following: Will and Tracy host the Elk River Breakfast Club at the Furniture and <br />Things Community Event Center twice a month. An average of 150 students attend regularly, and they <br />enjoy breakfast while being given messages of hope and inspiration. Will is also a volunteer coach for <br />the Elk River Composite Mountain Bike Team. <br /> <br />7.
