The structure did not perform as hoped and the city has worked with the contractor on the <br />removal and financial reimbursement due to the city. <br /> <br />Staff will present two options for improvement to the playground structure/area. The first involves installing <br />protective netting over the playground structure where it currently resides. The second involves moving the <br />playground structure to the east where netting would not be necessary. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />Costs will vary based on the recommendation, but will fall within the reimbursed amount. <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Opportunity to live, work, and play.
