To Whom It May Concern, <br />We are writing in support of our neighbors, Ben and Andrea Poythress, and their revised <br />variance request for the shed addition and replacement deck at 13640 Island View Drive <br />NW. <br />We have reviewed their plans and have no concerns at all. In fact, we believe the <br />improvements they are proposing will be an asset to their property and to the <br />neighborhood. We frequently spend time in their backyard and around the shared lake <br />area, and we know the location well. Their project is tucked back in a secluded, screened <br />area and will not impact our view, our privacy, or our use of our own property. <br />We trust Ben and Andrea completely to make improvements that are thoughtful, <br />responsible, and visually appropriate for this part of Lake Orono.
