Jesse & Sarah Hartung <br />18837 Ogden ST NW <br />Elk River, MN 55330 <br />November 25th, 2025 <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />Sarah and I have reviewed the proposed addition of an existing structure on Ben and <br />Andreas property, as well as modifications to their boat deck. <br />Our property is located directly behind the proposed project. After discussing the plans <br />that Ben and Andrea are looking to do within their property, we would like to see the <br />project approved and strongly believe the projects will benefit the property and us as <br />neighbors and fellow lake residents. <br />The project improves the views for those on the lake by maintaining their property and <br />making valuable improvements.
