Miscellaneous Issues <br />■ Training on the use of the equipment can be arranged in group settings, as <br />necessary. <br />■ After receipt of a signed agreement, key reader access will be provided to <br />employees who desire access to the room. <br />■ Disinfecting supplies are in the fitness room and users must clean equipment <br />after use. <br />Conduct and Procedures <br />1. Proper Attire is required at all times including shirts and closed -toe footwear. <br />2. Foul or Abusive Language is prohibited. <br />3. Dumbbells, plates, and other equipment must be returned to the proper rack, <br />stand, or location. <br />4. Dropping of Dumbbells or other equipment on the fitness room floor is not allowed. <br />5. Machines such as exercise bike, treadmill, and stair climber should be powered off <br />after use unless others are waiting to use it. <br />6. Disinfecting Supplies are provided. All equipment should be disinfected after each <br />use. <br />7. Breakdown of any piece of equipment should be tagged and brought to the <br />attention of a supervisor as soon as possible. <br />8. Chalk is allowed if used neatly. <br />9. Music is allowed if kept at a reasonable level and is powered off when leaving the <br />room. <br />10.
