The amendment is for the 12-acre site at 17610 Tyler Street and extends the <br />agreement by one year. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />The total commissions are up to 6%. <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Support industrial growth. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />1.
