The applicant proposes to <br />plat a 1.6-acre parcel for commercial use. As a result, the new lot is subject to the city’s commercial park <br />dedication requirements. A public sidewalk does exist along the adjacent public street and provides pedestrian <br />access. <br /> <br />Park dedication is anticipated to be as follows, but will be determined based on the final acreage and at the <br />applicable rate at the time of recording. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />Park dedication fees will be deposited into the Park Dedication Fund. <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Support the growth and development of the community. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />1.
