The City Council did approve <br />city-wide 2026-2030 plan documents on December 1 along with the 2026 Budget. Staff presented plans as <br />guided by the Commission's November Work Session consensus. <br /> <br /> The 2026 beginning fund balance for the Park Improvement Fund is $319,900. We receive $250,000 annually <br />into that fund via transfer from the Municipal Liquor Fund. <br /> <br /> The 2026 beginning fund balance for the Park Dedication Fund is $706,700.
