Emergency overflows should be labeled and shown with spot elevations and drainage <br />arrows. Emergency overflows must be established for catch basins in the street and in <br />rear yards. Areas along rear lot lines which are below emergency overflows elevations <br />shall be designated as drainage easement on the final plat. <br />20. Wetland boundaries must be accurately shown <br />21. Development plan must be signed by a registered Land Surveyor or Engineer. <br />22. All trees within the subdivision that are to be preserved shall be fenced with a snow <br />fence at the drip line to prevent grading, compaction, or storage of equipment, debris or <br />materials. Staff shall inspect the fencing prior to grading. Cutting of trees between April <br />15 and July 15 shall not be permitted. The Operator shall take other measures deemed <br />appropriate by the Sherburne County Forester to control oakwilt, such as, but not limited <br />to: debarking or destroying fallen diseased trees prior to April 15, not leaving roots <br />exposed and avoiding mechanical damage on remaining trees. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Page 97 of 379
