Residential customers will be furnished with a meter and secondary service. c. Commercial customers will be furnished with a meter but must supply and own the secondary service wire from the ERMU designated power source. <br />3. Establish policy regarding the redistribution of energy consistent with the following: <br />a. All energy sold by ERMU is to be used by the customer for the purposes designated or implied in the Rates Schedule applicable to their installation. Energy so sold may not be resold or redistributed to other metered users unless specifically approved by the General Manager. <br /> <br />4. Establish policy and procedures for customer disputes: a.
