Ryan Hardin of Partners <br />Real Estate MN has submitted a brokerage agreement for the board's consideration. This agreement covers <br />seven potential properties, and the length of the representation is 12 months. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />The brokerage agreement is for 2.5% of the transaction price. <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Support development opportunities in Downtown/Uppertown as identified in the Downtown Small Area Plan. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />1.
