Christian & Briana Schwamberger <br />13696 Island View Dr NW <br />Elk River, MN 55330 <br />October 26, 2025 <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />We are writing as the adjoining property owners at 13696 Island View Dr NW, Lot 1, <br />Block 3, Island View Fifth Addition, Sherburne County, Minnesota, regarding the <br />variance request submitted by our neighbors, Benjamin and Andrea Poythress. Their <br />request involves the proposed extension of an existing backyard structure as well as an <br />addition or modification to their boat deck. <br />After reviewing the nature of the proposed improvements and considering their <br />proximity to our shared property line, we would like to state that we have no objections <br />or concerns with the proposed variances.
