Proposed Ordinance <br />Electric powered bicycles and electric powered assistive personal devices are <br />prohibited from being used in excess of 20 mph on any paved, grass, or dirt trail <br />within city limits. Any motorized bicycle (commonly referred to as an e-moto) that <br />that does not have operational pedals and is capable of a speed in excess of 28 <br />mph is prohibited from use on any paved, grass, or dirt trail within city limits. <br />In Hillside Park, Class 1 electric assisted bicycles are allowed. All other types of <br />electric powered bicycles or devices are prohibited. <br />Page 21 of 34
