Enlarging <br />the deck to encroach further into the setback could disrupt the established pattern of separation between <br />structures, potentially altering the visual and spatial character of the area. <br /> <br />Based on the findings above, staff recommend denial of the requested variance to allow construction of a deck <br />that further encroaches into the required side yard setback at 19072 Baldwin Street NW.
