This
arrangement supports the league’s seasonal operations and helps ensure accessibility and organization of its
resources throughout the year.
In order to formalize the agreement and protect the city’s liability, MYSL has submitted a Certificate of
Liability Insurance naming the city as an additional insured. This certificate meets the city’s insurance
requirements for third-party use of municipal facilities and ensures adequate coverage in the event of injury,
damage, or other liability incidents related to the league’s use of the space. A formal use agreement has also
been drafted outlining the terms and conditions under which MYSL USA may access and utilize the shed
space.
Financial Impact
The financial cost of accepting this use agreement would be the ongoing maintenance of the shed space,
including the construction of any necessary repairs, operational expenses, and long-term upkeep required to
preserve its value and usability.
Mission/Policy/Goal
Work with citizens to achieve goals.
Attachments
1.MYSL Woodland shed Space user agreement Final Signed
2.MYSL INSURANCE CERT OF LIABILITY
The Elk River Vision
A welcoming community with revolutionary and spirited resourcefulness, exceptional service, and community
engagement that encourages and inspires prosperity
