Exhibit A - Terms and Conditions; <br />2. Exhibit B - Hourly Fee and Expense Schedule; <br />3. All other attached Exhibits referenced in this Agreement; <br />4. Any drawings or specifications provided by the CLIENT in writing; and <br />5.
