ver <br />City of Elk River <br />City Council <br />Resolution 25-58 <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Accepting Funds <br />from the Sherburne County Agricultural Society <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br />individuals for their contributions to the community; and <br />W H E REAS, the City of Elk River received a $150 from the Sherburne County <br />Agricultural Society to the Elk River Fire Department due to their win as Grand Champion <br />in the Sherburne County Fair parade. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four -fifths <br />vote, to acknowledge and accept the winning funds of $150. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Gru42a and duly seconded by Councilmember Calva, and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Dietz Councilmembers Berger Calva Grua and <br />WWa er and the following against: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Dietz. Councilmembers Beyer. Calva. Grupa. <br />and Wagner. and the following absent: none <br />Passed and adopted this 6' day of October 2025. <br />A 3 J.
