The 2024-2026 Strategic Planning Dashboard had nine initiatives. One initiative, Wall Art for <br />Field Services Building, was closed in 2024. Staff expects to close the remaining 2024 initiatives <br />by the end of 2025: <br />• Theme 1, Initiative 2: Evaluate Role of Committees/Develop Engagement Committee <br />• Theme 2, Initiative 1: Update Management Policy Manual <br />• Theme 3, Initiative 1: Review/Update Authority and Purpose Policies <br />All 2025 initiatives are on schedule and expected to close by the end of 2025: <br />• Theme 1, Initiative 1: Disaster Recovery Plan <br />• Theme 4, Initiative 1: Completion of AM] <br />• Theme 5, Initiative 1: Planning for Future Wells, Treatment and Storage <br />• Theme 6, Initiative 1: Renew Rate/Cost of Service Study; Develop Load Management <br />One existing 2026 initiative was included in last year's Strategic Plan: <br />• Theme 3, Initiative 2: Volt/VAR Control <br />Staff propose adding five strategic initiatives for 2026-2027: <br />• Theme 1, Initiative 3: Evaluate New NISC Offerings <br />• Theme 2, Initiative 2: Evaluate IT/OT Needs <br />• Theme 4, Initiative 2: Outage Management System <br />• Theme 5, Initiative 2: East Substation <br />• Theme 6, Initiative 2: Review AppSuite Processes <br />In summary, staff proposes 13 initiatives for the 2025-2027 Strategic Plan, including seven <br />initiatives that are expected to close by the end of 2025. The proposed dashboard may <br />continue to change as the management team evaluates our Authority and Purpose Policies, <br />specifically our Mission, Vision and Values.
