We are committed to using our best efforts to protect our <br />customers' private information and have taken the following steps to ensure that our customers' <br />privacy is protected. <br />2.0 INFORMATION WE COLLECT <br />ERMU is the sole owner of the information collected from our customers. We collect personally <br />identifiable information, such as name, address, account number, phone number, financial <br />information, social security number, email addresses, etc. that is required for business purposes. <br />This information will be maintained as confidential business information for which access is <br />strictly limited. We do not sell or rent any information to others. We do not disclose any non- <br />public personal information about our customers to any, except as permitted by law. <br />3.0 SECURITY <br />We restrict access to non-public personal information about our customers to those employees <br />who need to know specific information to provide products or services to our customers. Our <br />employees are trained to respect customer privacy and to access customer information only when <br />they have a business reason to know information. We maintain physical, electronic, and <br />procedural safeguards that comply with federal and state standards to guard our customers' non- <br />public personal information. <br />4.0 NOTIFICATION <br />This policy will be provided to customers as requested and distributed on an annual basis in the <br />form of a customer privacy notice.
