The property received a CUP in 2023 for motor vehicle sales in a portion of the existing building, but vehicle <br />repair was not included in the approval. The applicant is requesting an amendment to the CUP to include <br />motor vehicle repair, along with sales, while utilizing the entire building. <br />Planning Commission <br />During the public hearing, no one spoke for or against the request, and staff have not received any comments <br />since the commission meeting. The Planning Commission had no questions or concerns about the request and <br />unanimously recommended approval. <br />Since the meeting, the applicant requested that two (2) dealers be allowed.
