The two lots <br />(Lot 2 & Lot 3) in question are modestly under the 2.5-acre minimum but <br />exceed 1 acre of contiguous upland and fully meet septic, setback, and <br />access standards. <br />Additionally, there are numerous lots south of the subject site, smaller than <br />the proposed lots and served by private wells and septics The proposal is not <br />out of the ordinary for this area of the community. <br />Page 50 of 52
