The proposed project design, plans, EAW, related studies, and mitigation measures apply <br />knowledge, approaches, standards, and best management practices gained from previous <br />experience and projects that have, in general, successfully mitigated potential offsite <br />environmental effects. <br />2. The EAW, in conjunction with this document, contains or references the known studies that <br />provide information or guidance regarding environmental effects that can be anticipated and <br />controlled. <br />3. Other projects studied under environmental reviews in Minnesota have included studies and <br />mitigation measures comparable to those included in this EAW.
