Water level in the piezometers were measured on January 31, 2025. Water levels are
summarized in Table 2. Water levels will be measured on a periodic basis and the results will
be forwarded as they become available.

Table 2. Groundwater monitoring wells or piezometers would
be required to more accurately determine water levels. Seasonal and annual fluctuations in
the groundwater levels should be expected.

3.3 Laboratory Testing

Laboratory moisture content tests and percent passing the #200 sieve (P-200) tests were
performed on selected samples recovered from the borings. Laboratory soil moisture contents
ranged from about 2 to 10 percent with most of the values between about 3 and 6 percent.
These values indicate the soil were likely below their assumed optimum moisture content
based on the standard Proctor test. Soils that will be excavated and reused as fill or backfill
could require some moisture conditioning, (wetting) to meet the recommend compaction
levels. Laboratory tests results are shown on the boring logs adjacent to the samples tested.

The P-200 content is a measure of the silt and clay sized particles in a soil sample which can
have an impact on soil infiltration rates. The P-200 content is also use to aid in classifying the
soils. The P-200 contents are also shown on the boring logs adjacent to the samples tested.
