The red brick building has two <br />divided by a brick pier.The storefronts have been modernized and clad in permastone, <br />and the transom filled with glass block. The simple parapet with a corbel course is <br />intact. <br />Significance <br />641-47 Main Street is typical of Elk River's smaller commercial buildings. <br />
