Environmental and logistical assistance have been provided by Steven Rohlf and Rebecca <br />Haug, Building and Environmental Section, City of Elk River. This report strives to be <br />succinct and useful to the government and citizens of Elk River, and is not an exhaustive <br />scholarly report. <br />This first report will be followed by an additional report containing results of <br />archaeological fieldwork to be conducted in July 2004. This subsequent report will include <br />analysis of the accuracy and limitations of the probability model. Digital data and a digital <br />version of the model will be submitted as part of this second report. <br />8 <br />
