IU 25-05 Narrative <br />For over 5 years Robert F Kendrick Sales & Sharpening LLC has been an established business in Elk River <br />at 931 Elk Ln NW, working out of my garage/workshop. I am now moving to 11473 199th Ave NW, Elk <br />River and I hope to continue operating at our new home in a detached 24 x 26 garage/workshop. I have <br />established myself in the community with repeat customers such as ISD 728. Although, the bulk of my <br />business is shipped to me through UPS. Nothing out of the ordinary in a neighborhood. I work by myself. I <br />just look like a man who likes to work on projects in his workshop, if anyone was to notice me. I have <br />worked these past 5 years in a residential neighborhood and have never had any complaints. I can assure our <br />new neighbors that I will continue in the same manner. There is no signage on my property, no indication <br />that a business is being operated. <br />Attached is an ariel view of the property with red dots indicating the workshop at 11473 199th Ave NW. <br />Hours of operation: weekdays 8-5 <br />Page 36 of 97
