Annual Hourly Increase Recreation Program Leads, Program Supervisor, Weekend Facility Supervisor, Building Attendant, Warming House Attendant, and Farmers Market Program Supervisor employees may receive an increase once per year at the City's discretion. Seasonal Park Laborer, Seasonal Street Laborer, Winter Public Works Laborer, Seasonal Snowplow Operator, Seasonal Wastewater Laborer, Seasonal Gardener, and Lead Seasonal Gardener employees may receive an increase at the beginning of the season at the city's discretion. If an employee returns for another season in the same calendar year, they are not eligible for another increase. FT Center Customer Service Associate, Facility Worker/Ice Resurfacer, Operations Assistant, Concession Worker, Event Worker, and Building Supervisor employees may receive an increase for each additional year the employee works for the FT Center. Increases will be given on the first day of the first full pay period of the calendar year at the city's discretion. Skating Academy employees may receive an increase for each additional year the employee works for the FT Center. Increases will be given at the beginning of each fall program session (September) at the city's discretion. Skating Academy Assistant Skating Academy Director - At the beginning of each session, the Skating Academy Director shall assign one instructor to be Assistant Skating Academy Director.
