The City of Elk River, in the state of Minnesota USA, is pleased to sign on <br />as a “Sister City” to Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine. <br />It is our belief that each of our cities have advantages worth sharing that <br />can help us all govern more effectively, for the sake of our citizens. <br />Whether it be hosting delegations, from time to time, or exchanging <br />practices that make our cities succeed, it is our expectation that our <br />communities can benefit from the sharing or our cultures. <br />Our city employs many talented people that no doubt have counterparts in <br />Kryvyi Rih.
