IMPROVEMENTS. The Developer shall install and pay for the following: <br />A. Sanitary Sewer System <br />B. Storm Sewer System <br />C. Streets <br />D. Street Lights <br />E. Site Grading, Stormwater Treatment/Infiltration Basins, and Erosion Control <br />F. Underground Utilities <br />G. Setting of Iron Monuments <br />H. Surveying and Staking <br />I. Sidewalks and/or Trails <br />J. Retaining Walls <br />K. Landscaping <br /> The improvements shall be installed in accordance with the City subdivision ordinance; City standard <br />specifications for utility and street construction; and any other ordinances including Section 30-416 of the City <br />Code concerning erosion and drainage and Section 46-39 prohibiting grading, construction activity, and the <br />use of power equipment on Sundays and between the hours of 9 o’clock p.m. and 6 o’clock a.m. Monday <br />through Saturday. The Developer shall submit plans and specifications which have been prepared by a <br />competent registered professional engineer to the City for approval by the City Engineer. The Developer shall <br />instruct its engineer to provide adequate field inspection personnel to assure an acceptable level of quality <br />control to the extent that the Developer’s engineer will be able to certify that the construction work meets the <br />Page 220 of 309
