That part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 33, Range 26, <br />Sherburne County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said <br />East Half of the Southwest Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of North 0 degrees 15 minutes 37 <br />seconds East along the West line of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter, a distance of 947.60 <br />feet to intersect with the centerline of County Road No. 33; thence South 62 degrees 35 minutes 50 <br />seconds East along said centerline, a distance of 877.62 feet to the point of beginning of the land to <br />be described; thence North 27 degrees 24 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 412.49 feet; thence <br />South 72 degrees 29 minutes 56 seconds East, a distance of 365.81 feet to the east line of said East <br />Half of the Southwest Quarter; thence South 0 degrees 18 minutes 13 seconds West along said east <br />line, a distance of 534.02 feet to said centerline of County Road No. 33; thence North 62 degrees 35 <br />minutes 50 seconds West along said centerline a distance of 603.62 feet to the point of beginning. <br />2.)
