Mayor Dietz read and presented a plaque to Mr. Dittbenner. 7.1 Conditional Use Permit: Aggregate Industries d/b/a MWR, Inc., Amend Permit to Include Additional Parcels in Mineral ExcavationArea, 12001 213' AvenueMr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing. Moved by Councilmember Christianson and seconded by CouncilmemberBeyertoapprovetheproposedamendmenttoAggregateIndustriesmineralextractionCUPwhichaddsanadditionalparceltotheapprovedminingarea, with the following conditions: 1. All conditions of approval from earlier conditions shall be incorporatedintothenewmineralextractionoperation. 2. A new mining license must be approved prior to commencing withmineralextractionactivitiesinthenewpermitareas.
